A variable frequency drive(VFD), also know as an adjustable frequency drive(AFD) or variable speed drive(VSD). It is an electronic device used to control the speed and torque of an AC induction motor or PMSM motor by varying the frequency and voltage of the power supplied to the motor. Two series on stock: S200 and S350.
