Diaphragm Pump DP03BL Series

Product Description

This brushless diaphragm pump is driven by a BLDC motor. 4-wire brushless speed regulating motor, compatible with both analog and PWM signal speed control.

A brushless diaphragm pump is a type of positive displacement pump powered by a brushless DC (BLDC) motor, where a flexible diaphragm creates a vacuum to move fluids. By eliminating brushes, these pumps offer high efficiency, precise flow control, long service life, and minimal maintenance.

Brushless diaphragm pumps are ideal for applications requiring chemical resistance, accuracy, and sterile operation, such as laboratory dosing, medical devices, and chemical transfer systems.

How Brushless Diaphragm Pumps Work

The BLDC motor drives a cam, eccentric, or mechanical linkage that moves the diaphragm back and forth. This motion creates a vacuum to draw in fluid and then push it through the outlet.

Key Features of Operation:

Precise flow rate control via motor speed adjustment

Self-priming capability for easy startup

Maintenance-free operation due to the absence of brushes

Durable diaphragm materials compatible with corrosive or viscous fluids
