Product Description
An AC vibration motor is a specialized type of electric motor designed to generate mechanical vibrations rather than continuous rotational motion. Its core principle involves the use of an unbalanced mass (often called an eccentric weight) attached to its rotating shaft. When the motor is powered by an alternating current (AC) supply, this unbalanced mass spins, creating a centrifugal force that causes the entire motor and any attached structure to vibrate.
There are two basic type: Horizontal vibration motor and Vertical vibration motor.

High Excitation Force: Capable of generating strong vibrations for heavy-duty applications.
Reliability and Durability: Designed for continuous operation in demanding conditions.
Adjustable Vibration Intensity: Allows fine-tuning of the vibration for specific processes.
Energy Efficient: Modern designs focus on converting electrical energy efficiently into mechanical vibration.
Low Maintenance: Generally have fewer moving parts that wear out compared to other mechanical vibrators.
Versatility: Can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
Vibratory Feeders: To control the flow and even distribution of bulk materials (grains, powders, aggregates, chemicals, food products).
Vibratory Conveyors: To move materials along a production line.
Hopper and Silo Discharge: To prevent material bridging or arching and ensure consistent flow from storage bins.
Vibrating Screens/Sieves: Used in mining, quarrying, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries to separate materials by size.
Concrete Vibrators: To remove air bubbles and compact concrete in molds or during pouring, improving strength and finish.
Vibratory Tables: For compacting powders in packaging, settling contents in bags, or de-aerating materials.
Mold Shakeout: To remove sand from metal castings.
Deburring and Polishing: In vibratory finishing equipment.
Separating and classifying different recyclable materials.
Sorting, sifting, and conveying food products.
Mixing, blending, and tablet compression.
